After several months of preparations our website about the Meraner Höhenweg went online in June 2007.

The Meraner Höhenweg is a very popular hiking trail within the nature preserve Texelgruppe near Merano. It is one of the most beautiful hikes in South Tyrol and leads around the Texelgruppe in 4-7 days.

On the website one will find a description of the different sections of the hike in clockwise as well as in counter clockwise direction including accommodation information and information about the surrounding villages

Val Gardena is a valley in the dolomites in South Tyrol. It is a well known ski and hiking resort. The main villages in Val Gardena are Ortisei, Selva Gardena and Santa Cristina.
